Ricardo Hinds -President, founderPresident and Founder – Ricardo Hinds ♦ Ricardo is a native of Venezuela who has lived in Tucson for the past 25 years, holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and has been twice certified as a Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a current Board member of the “Lupus Foundation of Southern Arizona” and the “Pima County Junior Soccer League” as the Director of Coaching. Soccer credentials include: holder of a U.S. Soccer Federation National “Youth” and “C” Licenses. For the past 2 years he has coached in the state Olympic Development Program (Arizona Youth Soccer Association). Ricardo is founder and President of the AZ Champions FC where he coaches various teams. He also spend time as a referee in the Tucson youth and adult leagues. He holds a U.S. Soccer Federation grade 8 referee level.

MarcoAmadorVice President – Nogales/Rio Rico Operations – Marco Amador ♦ Marco Amador is a native of Nogales, Arizona and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Sonora, Mexico. Marco has been a Board member and assistant coach for AZ Champions FC since 2012. He has also served as a coach and assistant coach for Nogales baseball leagues, mentoring both boys and girls of ages 6 thru 11. Since 1995, Marco has worked in the Maquiladora industry in both Nogales, Sonora as well as Arizona.

Board Member at Large – Keoki Skinner ♦ Keoki initially came to this area n 1986 as a stringer for the New York Times and US/Mex border correspondent for The Arizona Republic. Making his home in Agua Prieta, Son. Mexico, he founded the first fresh fruit juice bar, “El Mitote”, which he managed for the next 16 years.

The father to 4 girls and one son, he has been involved in futbol both in Mexico and Cochise County. His daughter, Melia, played for AZ Champions FC and Arizona Rush during her high school years, followed by two years playing for Pima College. Leilani, also played for AZ Champions FC and Arizona Rush, and just finished her junior year as a midfielder for California State/Bakersfield.
